The 2027 EDHAF Grant Cycle is now OPEN!
Local nonprofit agencies serving the community and residents of El Dorado Hills are invited to apply for grant funding from The El Dorado Hills Giving Circle and El Dorado Hills Area Foundation. Applications of up to $10,000 will be considered. In an effort to best serve our community, the grant does not have a specific focus area thereby inspiring new ideas with the possibility of responding to unmet community needs. Organizations that have been granted funds the past two consecutive years must sit out this year/cycle before re-applying to this grant process next fall.
Applications are due by 11:59pm September 24, 2026. Further guidelines and funding requirements will be available on the application when it opens. Please note that this grant is for non-profits providing services or programs that include El Dorado Hills.

Invigorating Non-Profit Organizations in the El Dorado Hills Area with Direct Funding
The El Dorado Hills Area Foundation opens an annual granting opportunity to invigorate our local non-profit organizations in the El Dorado Hills area.
Since our founding in 2013, we have supported a diverse body of philanthropic initiatives to improve the lives of thousands of area residents and neighbors. EDHAF’s emphasis has touched many topics of need in El Dorado Hills and beyond including mental health, education, youth development, senior services, community enhancement, historic preservation, performing arts and assistance programs.
To date, we have granted $913,000 to over 70 local nonprofit organizations.
